Our experience with EVClinic in Zagreb was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. After purchasing a Tesla Model S in Switzerland, we were on our way back to Sarajevo, unfamiliar with Tesla vehicles. The day before our arrival, we reached out to EVClinic via email and WhatsApp, hoping to get some guidance, advice, or consultation about our new electric car.

However, instead of assisting us, they deliberately provided a false location on Google Maps, directing us to an empty field far outside the city.

Hours Wasted Searching While They Watched and Laughed

Upon arrival at the given address, we found nothing but grasslands and an empty area. Tired from days of travel across Europe, we spent hours searching for their actual location, circling around like lost customers.

Later, we discovered that this was not a mistake, but an intentional act. EVClinic employees were allegedly monitoring the area and watching Tesla owners drive around in confusion, laughing at their frustration.

Lack of Professionalism and Customer Care

This experience exposed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of helping customers, they misled and ridiculed them. Any company that deceives clients in this manner should not be trusted.
